October 9th is World Sight Day!

This World Sight Day, the International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness is focusing on the importance of bringing eye care to more people. The goal is to make it not only accessible but available and affordable for everyone, everywhere.

You can help, too, by making sure that your patients who have a vision impairment have access to the appropriate low vision devices that can maximize not only their productivity at work and school, but also their safety and independence at home!

SPACE CAMP

Space Camp—It’s a Wrap!

Jackson H. and Jayden V. were at the Space Camp for Interested Visually Impaired Students (SCIVIS) last week and had a blast! From September 28th to October 2nd, 2025 they got to experience an extraordinary adventure at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center training like real astronauts. They learned about space hardware, got to experience space flight simulations, assemble and launch rockets, and conduct a spaceflight mission—all while learning about aerospace career opportunities.

Say Hi to Louise!

Louise is our Mid-Atlantic Territory Manager covering the states of PA, NJ, DE, MD, DC and northern VA. She spends her days working with eye care and vision rehab professionals providing them low vision solutions they can offer their visually impaired patients so they can meet their visual goals.

Louise has been with the company for over two years and came to Eschenbach from the Wealth Management industry. She was also heavily involved in the professional golf world and continues to play as much as possible. When she is not working, you can find her on the golf course, at one of her favorite restaurants, at a concert or with her beloved dog Peanut. And, being a Philly girl, she's a big fan of the Eagles. GO BIRDS!
