Introducing our New Monocular Telescope Kit!
Eschenbach’s Monocular Telescope Kit is ideal for itinerant low vision providers or those looking to keep all of their monocular telescopes together in a protective case. A total of 8 popular monoculars, incuding some that can be also used as field expanders, are included in the kit which allows you to meet the needs of a broad range of patients.

There are two monocular kits to select from, the Monocular Telescope Kit - Professional, which includes our Eschenbach 1673 Focusable Monocular Telescopes, and the Monocular Telescope Kit which features our Magno Monocular Telescopes. Each kit also includes 2 Microlux telescopes, and 2 Club M® slide focus telescopes.

CHILDREN'S EYE HEALTH AND SAFETY MONTH

August is National Children’s Eye Health and Safety Month!
Children are susceptible to a host of vision problems from myopia and strabismus to retinopathy of prematurity and Stargardt disease. Be sure to educate your patients about how to protect and preserve a child’s eye health for life. Learn more at Prevent Blindness.

If you see school-aged kids who might already have a vision impairment, keep in mind that Eschenbach carries many products you can offer them that will help them meet their visual goals. In particular, for Teachers of the Visually Impaired, we have a Portable School Kit which contains an assortment of high quality optical vision aids for both near and distance tasks. The kit contains 52 items including 20 hand-held magnifiers, 16 stand magnifiers and 11 telescopes/monoculars (among other products) in a wide range of magnifications in order to help you meet the vision needs of a broad range of students.

Say Hello To Andreah Andrews!
Andreah is a Customer Service Professional and Repair Coordinator here at Eschenbach Optik of America, Inc. She is here to assist accounts with placing orders and answering product questions. She also helps with trouble shooting and setting up product repairs.

Andreah has been with our team for almost a year now, but came to us with lots of customer experience from working in multiple retail locations. When she is not in the office, she enjoys fostering dogs through a local rescue and is involved with her children’s school PTO where she organizes fundraisers and activites for the students. You might also catch her singing a tune!

SPACE CAMP

We’re Excited to Announce the Winners of our 2024 SCIVIS Sponsorship!
Congratulations to Jack J. from Greensboro, NC and Wyatt D. from Burleson, TX who have each won an Eschenbach Space Camp Scholarship! They will be attending the Space Camp for Visually Impaired Students for free this October at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center. The Camp is a week-long experience specifically designed for students with a visual impairment and is coordinated by teachers of the visually impaired. Throughout the week, the students will be immersed in astronaut training techniques using equipment adapted from NASA’s astronaut program which was made accessible for visually impaired students to participate fully!
