We just launched our new Absorptive Filter Basics course which includes content on light transmission, polarization and filter categories. WORLD SIGHT DAY 2023

October 12th is World Sight Day!
The International Agency for the Prevention of Blindness announces the focus of this year’s World Sight Day is on the importance of eyecare in the workplace. If you have working - aged patients who have a vision impairment, be sure to provide them with the appropriate Eschenbach low vision devices that can maximize not only their productivity in the workplace, but also their safety and independence - and not just at work, but at work and on the go!

Space Camp Has Begun!
Our two sponsorship winners are now in Alabama attending the Space Camp for Visually Impaired Students. The Camp is a week-long experience that started October 1st and is specifically designed for students who have a visual impairment and is coordinated by teachers of the visually impaired. The students are immersed in astronaut training techniques using equipment adapted from NASA’s astronaut program which was made accessible for visually impaired students so they can participate fully!
